Shipping, Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality PVC cards and fully customized printed products. Since our items are made to order, most purchases are non-returnable except in cases of defects or errors on our part.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or offer replacements if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • There is a printing error that differs from the approved proof/design provided by the customer.

To request a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photos or a video showing the defect/damage.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items with correct printing as per the approved proof/design.
  • Errors in the design, spelling, content, or details provided and approved by the customer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. No Responsibility for Customer Errors

We carefully follow the design and specifications approved by the customer before printing.

  • Once a proof/design is approved, we are not responsible for any spelling mistakes, incorrect images, or inaccurate details provided by the customer.
  • Reprints for such errors will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved, We will deliver the replacement product within 7 days
  • Refunds will be processed and credited into your original payment methods within 5-7 days

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card provider (processing times may vary).
  3. Contact your bank.

If still not received, email us at support@cscway.com.


6. Sale & Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.


7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary by location and courier service.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
