Thank you for choosing CSCWay for your PVC printing card needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before printing and delivery. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the printing process will commence.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the printing process has not yet started. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at 9622033738. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our printing quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Eligible Returns: Defective, damaged, or incorrect printing cards.
- Non-Eligible Returns: Change of mind, incorrect specifications provided by the customer, or custom orders once produced.
5. Refund Process
If your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds are subject to verification of the issue.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information.
